Creating a world of musical intrigue to help inspire and open the minds of the audience as they walked in and stepped into the Classical period of music. I tried to help them step into the mind of a composer battling his innermost demons while Mozart was able to walk around with his intelligence being praised at every whim.
I set up a TV with several audio tracks of music written by different composers and challenged the audience to guess the composer before the time ran out.
On a table were over 15 pages with different music theories and rules that composers not only have to know but have to follow while writing music.

While walking into the theatre I created a wave of music. All the pieces were composed by Mozart to show his vast creations and to help the audience see his intelligence but also his mess as it was strewn all around leading to a pile at the end welcoming you into the show.

Program Writeups
I had the opportunity to work on the program study guide and do some writeups for this production. Ranging from a guessing game of pieces written by Salieri or Mozart to a thought-provoking piece on whether Mozart had lost his childhood due to his talent. All of these were there to help give deeper insight and information on Mozart so one could better understand Salieri's emotions and help give more background on the piece. This allowed you to step into the world of the show with a better understanding.
